Job Description: 

 

International House London is an established and well-known language school, with over fifty years of experience in providing language courses and teacher training programmes. We are looking to appoint an Operations Manager for the Exams Department.

Contract: 12 Month Maternity Cover (Fixed term)

Annual leave: 30 days plus public holidays

Weekly office hours: 35

Annual Salary: circa £30k

 

OVERALL RESPONSABILITIES:

  1. To manage the operations of regional exam delivery
  2. To line manage Customer Service team
  3. To help ensure the smooth running of the Exams department
  4. To pro-actively promote the Exams department
  5. To have responsibility for management of specific aspects of the Exams department
  6. To supervise test days in both London and non-London centres
  7. To work collaboratively and flexibly with members of other departments and external partners

Important notes:

  • This position requires occasional weekend work (Saturday’s and Sunday’s)
  • This position require some manual handling
