Job Description: 

IH Tallinn is looking for enthusiastic CELTA/Trinity TESOL qualified teachers, with a desire to develop in a school known for its high standards.

We provide group (up to 12 students) and individual lessons for learners of all ages. Whilst the majority of our students are adults, we do have a number of YL classes (7 to 18 years old).

We also offer a number of specialist programmes such as 'English for Work' for adults and FCE / CAE/ IELTS preparation.

Where possible we try to arrange teachers' timetables according to their strengths and preferences. The contract is on a guaranteed hourly basis, i.e. the school guarantees a certain number of hours per week for the length of the contract. IH Tallinn teachers work on a freelance basis but receive full professional support in terms of course materials and guidance. The school provides academic support in the form of monthly training seminars, formal and informal observations as well as assistance with IH online self study workshops.

Initial EFL Qualification Required: 
CELTA, or
Trinity TESOL, or
IH Certificate, or
Additional Skills Preferred: 
One year post-qualification experience required. The candidate should have full mastery of English across all four skills to CEFR C2/IELTS Band 9.
Degree: 
A degree is required.
