Job Description: 

One year post-qualification experience required.

Experienced EFL teachers needed for full-time contract at growing language school currently looking to expand number of teaching staff.  Variety of teaching contexts available (general, exam prep, Business, YL, one-to-one, teacher training - TKT).  Excellent opportunity to join a friendly supportive staffroom and widen your range of experiences.

Your timetable will be 20 hours teaching per week, 80 hours per calendar month.  Extra teaching hours paid on top of base salary.

There is a fully comprehensive CPD program available - regular observations, monthly INSETT sessions.

The majority of classes are taught in the school, though there are some off-site classes.  Split shifts and Saturdays part of a 5-day working week (Tuesday to Saturday).

We offer a one-off $1000 payment upon successful completion of the two-year contract.

We offer free Spanish (group) classes with a local CELTA-qualified teacher.  These are very popular with existing staff members.

We do not provide financial assistance with long-term accommodation, but we do offer an initial $150 stipend to help cover the cost of a hostel for the first few nights in Guayaquil.  We then help candidates find something appropriate more long-term.

The salary quoted is dependent on qualifications & experience.

Visa Details: 
We provide all teachers with a non-immigrant visa before their initial 3-months tourist stamp expires. We have a great deal experience in processing these and will do all of the leg-work.
Flight Details: 
We offer a US$1000 payment to teachers who complete their two-year contract
Holiday Pay Details: 
20 days paid leave per annum. This does not include Public Holidays.
Accommodation Details: 
We offer a $150 stipend to help towards initial accommodation upon arrival in Guayaquil.
